The breakfast, although a bit limited, was good. It would have been nice to have more bread options and maybe some cheese or ham. the owner was very friendly and made an effort to ensure our stay was the best it could be. He even helped us book our train tickets for our onward journey.

We felt most welcome and had nothing to complain about.

The location of the hostel is not ideal, as it is situated on a steep hill, making it a tiring walk to the main attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms are basic, with thin walls that can result in noisy neighbors. However, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and well-equipped, and there is a bus stop right in front of the property. Additionally, there is free parking available, which is a convenient amenity.

One downside is that the hostel is not located near any major sights or attractions, requiring a longer walk or the use of public transportation to reach popular destinations.

The hostel was in a great location, close to the city center but still in a quiet area. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel like part of their family. the hostel was also very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast provided was quite basic, consisting only of crackers. there were certain restrictions on the use of facilities, such as limited hours for kitchen access and showers.

I had a fantastic stay at De Las Facultades hostel in Santander. the hostel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Antonio, in particular, was a very kind and helpful host. He gave me great tips and recommendations about the local area, making my stay even more enjoyable. the room I stayed in was immaculately clean and well-equipped with an ensuite bathroom. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was convenient as there was a bus right in front of the property. I found the hostel to be great value for money, and there was even free parking available. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during my two days of rest in Santander. ¡Gracias Antonio por tu amabilidad y ayuda!

I had a great time at the hostel, enjoying the spacious garden and participating in activities like golfing and windsurfing. The staff was very helpful and the free WiFi was a bonus.

Oh, and let's not forget the lovely fridge full of food and dirt in the kitchen. So charming.
